Yes, it’s a nice title; however, it was my 48 years of aviation experience that paved the way, experience that included the US Navy, Eastern Airlines, Evergreen Airlines, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). My primary responsibility while at the FAA was in certificate management, serving as Principal and Supervisory Principal Inspector. I ended my FAA career as Manager of the New York Certificate Management Office. As COO for DP Associates, I co-developed our product line of workshops, seminars, and evaluation services. I authored and published the workbook “It’ s About People” which is used in conjunction with our workshops.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I am the senior executive tasked with overseeing all financial facets and day to day operations of DP Associates Aviation Management Solutions Inc. Working in partnership with the COO, we share the responsibility to ensure our products provides experience based, informative quality workshops. Our experience in aviation is the basis to provide quality consulting services to both government and industry personnel and offer the best customized solutions for their operational needs.
My 42-year aviation career covers a diverse range of experience that spans General, Corporate, and Government Aviation operations which serves as the basis of my qualifications. I served 16 years with the Federal Aviation Administration. Ten of those years as Airworthiness Principal Inspector managing small and large air carriers, and repair stations. I served in several managerial positions before ending my public service as Deputy Division Manager of the Eastern Region.
At DP Associates, safety is our passion and we firmly believe quality Certificate Management is the pathway to an effective partnership in that common goal, safety.
My certificate management experience served as the foundation for the co-development and implementation of a customized certificate management workshop and supporting publications.

My name is Eileen Ostaszewski, but you can call me Eileen O. I am the Chief Financial Officer for DP Associates, Aviation Management Solutions.
I’ve had a diverse career, starting with private industry. In my early career I was a key developer of a program that allowed people to work from home! On their computers! At that time it was a pilot program, but it quickly developed into a key segment of the worker population. We were truly pioneers.
I’ve worked in Customer Service, and in Marketing, but then came an opportunity for government service. When I came to the Federal Aviation Administration it was apparent that the Inspectors at the New York Flight Standards District Office were making real strides in aviation safety, and I was proud and honored to be part of it. As Administrative Officer I had a unique perspective on Certificate Management and the role the Inspectors played in ensuring the safety of the flying public.
DP Associates is passionate about supporting the Inspectors and Principals who ensure the safety of the flying public. In my role, I have assisted in the development of our product line of workshops, seminars and evaluation services.
The past few years have brought unprecedented changes to the FAA - we bring the knowledge and experience to elevate the Inspector workforce, and help them find the tools they need to enrich the safety culture we strive for.
